My story

I'm Celi. I am a cake designer.

As a girl I was good at baking. It was a hobby then. I baked for family and friends until I started a Wilton cake decorating class. From then on, I fell more and more in love with making and especially decorating cakes.

I especially prefer the flowers. I like flower cake. Flowers make everything more beautiful. And because of the risk of poisoning, real flowers are strongly discouraged for cakes. There are a world of possibilities and combinations for edible flowers!

Piping, sculping and painting with cream. Butter cream, whipped cream, meringue, zefir, chocolate, cream cheese… Countless flavors and types of cream. Also the sugar flowers. Gum paste, cassava paste, whipping cream paste... everything is possible. Flowers, of every size and color. On cakes or cupcakes, also made as a bouquet.

There is a world open. I like that.

After a few years, many courses and individual assignments, I became a cake designer, I am now a flower specialist. Come and discover my world. Love,
